Appetisers


Sakura Ebi Glass Noodles
Thai inspired cold noodle salad tossed in sakura ebi, nuts and shallots dressed with home-made Thai lemongrass vinaigrette. 

Octopus Terrine
A cold tender octopus meatloaf drizzled with lemon olive oil. 

Caesar Salad
Crunchy romaine lettuce tossed with caramelised bacon, parmesan, boiled egg and an authentic home-made caesar dressing. 

Rainbow Salad
A vibrant spectrum of mixed vegetables topped with a champagne vinaigrette. 

Greek Salad
A bed of summer greens with creamy feta, cucumber and olives, paired with tomatoes and onions, freshened with passionfruit vinaigrette. 

Goma Potato Salad 
Chunky red potatoes with creamy pumpkin on a bed of mesclun, garnished with our signature sesame dressing. 


Desserts
 

White Chocolate Cheese
A soft vanilla sponge topped with white chocolate cheese. 

Classic Red Velvet
Layers of bold mahogany sponge sandwiched between cream cheese frosting. 

Hazelnut Praline
Delicious ganache served over a soft chocolate sponge. . 

Carrot Cake
Moist, spiced carrot sponge with light cream cheese frosting. 

Yuzu Matcha Genoise
A light, fresh yuzu cream topped on a green tea sponge. 

Matcha Adzuki
A swirl of green tea and red bean cream, served on fluffy chocolate sponge. 

Creme Brûlée
A layer of caramel rests on a rich custard base. 

Chocolate Mousse
A light and creamy mousse featuring Valrhona dark chocolate. 


Savoury


Nasi Lemak
A Malay fragrant dish of rice infused with coconut and pandan, served with egg, a grilled spicy fish patty, fried anchovies and spicy sambal chilli. 

Hainanese Chicken Rice
One of Singapore’s national dishes known for its aromatic rice served with tender poached chicken and tangy chilli sauce. 

Rendang Beef Rice
A favourite Asian meat dish of slow braised beef in coconut milk and spices served with rice. 

Laksa Pasta
The dry version of a local delicacy, a spicy curry made of coconut milk and dried shrimp, tossed with fusilli pasta and prawns. 

Shepherd’s Pie
An in-house signature of home-made creamy mashed potatoes sandwiched in layers of wok-fried ground beef and sautéed mushroom. 

Teriyaki Chicken
A Japanese inspired dish of broiled chicken thigh servedon sesame calrose rice and seaweed. 

Yuzu Salmon 
Layers of freshly baked citrus salmon, beetroot and spinach rice, topped with crispy fish skin. 

Mutton Satay
A local favourite, tender meat grilled to perfection. Served on a rice cake, garnished with onion and cucumber, topped with a signature peanut sauce.  

Bacon Potato
The chef’s favourite, a combination of creamy mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes, heaped with bacon and cheese. 

Seafood Baked Rice
A rich seafood patty of cod, salmon and prawns, servedwith squid ink rice and mozzarella. 

Pork Lasagna
Pasta sheets layered with pork marinara and creamy mushroom stew loaded with cheese.
