The museum cafe blends into a design environment where good design can be experienced and consumed. From its ceiling, flooring, seatings to even the cup which serves the locally brewed coffee are Red Dot winners for product design.
Internationally curated cuts range from Swiss smoked farmer raw bacon, Italian salsichon, German green peppercorn salami, Spanish casalingo salami to Australian bresaola air dried beef. Smoked sausages from a range of traditional German pork sausages to chicken cheese sausages are also available with Ciabatta whole grain bread.
Singapore's favourite cafe "Chye Seng Huat Hardware" and roastery "Papa Palheta" provides their coffee beans and trained the museum cafe serving one of the best locally brewed coffee at the Marina Bay. Selection range from filtered coffee to espresso based brew.
