Design meets culinary: the visual-gastronomic experience at the design cafe.
Created by Food Anatomy's Jiaxin and Sean, the cafe and bar redefines the experience of dining through its re-invention of local cuisine. Instead of traditional culinary selection, the food is re-designed into cubes that are both a gastronomic and visual treat for customers. Enjoy traditional recipes such as the Beef Rendang and Chili Crab Mantou, and local tastes with a twist, such as the Cheesy Laksa.
Working with local patisserie Nesuto, the cafe features the freshest cakes, made with the combination of French pastry techniques and Japanese finest ingredients.
Singapore's favourite cafe "Chye Seng Huat Hardware" and roastery "Papa Palheta" provides their coffee beans and training to ensure the museum cafe serves one of the best coffee at the Marina Bay. Selection includes from espresso based coffee to filtered coffee.
